Job Description
Performance of Duties: To ensure smooth operation and supervisory works at project sites Responsible for site activities progress, quality and safety Responsible and follow up to ensure good quality structural & architectural finishes in order to attain good Conquas or QLassic scores Assist Head of Project/ Project Manager in contract administration and site management Prepare and review construction programme Liaises with clients, consultants or main contractor on all site matters; e.g. timely issuance of construction drawings follow up on drawings, amendments, etc.Coordinates with subcontractors on details, sequence and programme of work Ensures timely submittal and accuracy of progress reports Monitors and controls wastages of material at site
