Overview:
The Site Engineer will serve as the Person in Charge at the construction site, representing and protecting the ownerxe2x80x99s interests. This role focuses on managing subcontractors, ensuring all tasks are completed to the highest standard, and aligning with project timelines and quality.Key Responsibilities:1xe3x80x81Oversee daily construction activities and manage subcontractors on-site.2xe3x80x81Ensure work is completed according to the project plan and specifications.3xe3x80x81Act as the ownerxe2x80x99s representative, ensuring their interests are protected.4xe3x80x81Monitor progress, resolve issues, and enforce safety and quality standards.5xe3x80x81Liaise with stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and workflow.6xe3x80x81Report on project status, potential risks, and solutions.Qualifications:1xe3x80x81Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.2xe3x80x815+ years of experience in managing construction projects.3xe3x80x81Strong leadership and communication skills.4xe3x80x81Experience with subcontractor management is essential.
