\xe2\x80\xa2 To analyze tender, preparation of tender submission and BQ, cost estimation. \xe2\x80\xa2 To prepare and analyze tender costing. \xe2\x80\xa2 Measurement taking-off knowledge, handle project Variation Order matters. \xe2\x80\xa2 Evaluation and preparation of tender submission & BQ, cost estimation, procurement support, follow up of project and handle claim and payment for the project. \xe2\x80\xa2 Regularly measure the works being executed, ie. site measurement. \xe2\x80\xa2 Processing progress claim to ensure on-time submissions. \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist in monitoring of budget and cost control. \xe2\x80\xa2 Follow-up on-going project progress & dealing with Project Manager & Site Supervisor for site matters. \xe2\x80\xa2 Familiar with Electrical Drawings. \xe2\x80\xa2 Undertake & execute works with sense of responsibilities.
