Site Quantity Surveyor

Job Description
Location: Kedah & Penangs:
- Create tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities, and other necessary documentation.
- Monitor modifications to the design and/or construction work, and review any changes in quantities.
- Generate taking off, bill of quantities, cost estimation, progress claim, subcontractor certificate, quotation, cost analysis, and variation order for the current project.
- Coordinate a collaborative site inspection and validate all claims submitted by contractors and/or subcontractors.
- Assess and appraise the progress of work completed on-site.
- Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or any other related field.
- Proficient in using MS Office, MS Project, and AutoCAD.
- At least 3 years of working experience in project/site.
- Able to relocate to all states of Malaysia for working purposes.
- Able to work independently without supervision.
