We are currently expanding and growing our team based in Kuala Lumpur. And with this growth we are looking for up and coming/established Site reliability engineers.

As a Site reliability engineer you will help to maintain and monitor the health of our cloud-based infrastructure & work closely with relevant stream leads & colleagues to ensure application architecture is performant & reliable.

What you\'ll be doing ...

As a Site reliability engineer, your role spans the areas of Software Engineering, Ops, DevOps, Data Engineering and Security. Your role will have the opportunity to specialise in one or more of these functions depending on the team you work in and your level of experience. Your responsibilities will include:

• Contributing to the design, development and implementation of infrastructure for the delivery of our global SaaS Platform
• Performing hands-on automation tasks to treat infrastructure as code
• Providing execution of activities related to infrastructure, security, continuous integration, continuous deployment, IT operations and metrics
• Bringing new ideas from concept to implementation; write quality, testable code, and participate in design/development discussions.
• Driving innovation and develop ideas for discussion using the latest trends and technologies and implement through clear communication and technical prototypes
• Improving Build/Deploy Automation and operational procedures
• Collaborating with the team to improve engineering tools, systems, procedures, and data security
• Staying abreast with trends and technologies to drive innovation and develop ideas for discussion and implementation

Your Talents ...

• Tertiary qualifications in relevant field.
• Ideally 1-3 years relevant experience in a similar position.
• Proven experience in Engineering, preferable in a SaaS environment.
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate in writing and verbally with stakeholders. Knowledge of security requirements, concepts, and maintain compliance by design principles.
• Strong experience with AWS services including Compute, Storage, Database, Networking, Security/Identity, Analytics
• Experience with infrastructure automation and scripting using such languages as; Powershell, Python, Bash, Go, .Net etc
