Responsibilities:

To supervise and monitor work progress at site.
Responsible for site arrangements and ensure proper functioning of day to day activities.
Able to handle project scheduling and supervising, drawing, specifications and site instructions.
To coordinate and monitor the delivery of materials.
Monitor the work progress to ensure there is no delays.
Witness material testing, site valuation, joint measurement & setting out.
To lead, coordinate and control the general workers.
Attend site meetings

Requirements:

Candidates must at least possess SPM, Diploma in Engineering or equivalent.
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
Required language (s):Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia
Preferable Chinese speaking candiates due to nature of business
Good interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to interact well at all levels.
With own transport.
Independent, Confident, Problem Solver, Good Leadership, Responsible,
Discipline, Matured, Organized, Good Communication Skills and Excellent Client-Facing Skills
Able to work under pressure and within tight deadlines.
