Job Description

Responsibilities & Duties:

1. Site Supervision & Execution

Supervise all C&S construction activities (earthworks, foundations, structures, drainage, fencing, and access roads) according to approved drawings and specifications. Ensure proper setting out, alignment, and levels for foundations, inverter stations, transformer plinths, and other solar farm structures. Monitor progress, workmanship, and material quality on site. Coordinate with surveyors, QA/QC inspectors, and subcontractors to maintain work accuracy.
2. Quality Control & Compliance

Ensure all works comply with project specifications, local building codes, and consultant/authority requirements. Conduct inspections and prepare site inspection requests and material approval requests Report and rectify any non-conformance or site issues promptly.
3. Coordination & Communication

Liaise with the internal (project, technical, supply chain team) and external (contractors, client representatives) on site matters. Attend daily coordination meetings (daily tool box meeting) and update progress status and issues. Manage and supervise subcontractors to ensure work efficiency and compliance with safety and schedule targets.
4. Safety & Environmental Management

Enforce site safety rules and ensure compliance with HSE requirements. Conduct daily toolbox meetings and monitor housekeeping standards on site. Identify potential hazards and implement corrective measures.
5. Documentation & Reporting

Maintain accurate site records including daily progress reports, manpower logs, and material usage. Provide input for daily, weekly and monthly progress reports and assist in project schedule tracking. Support documentation for QA/QC and project handover.

Academic Qualification:

Candidate must possess at least Certificate/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related field.

Experiences:

At least 1 year of working experience in relevant field, preferably in

renewable energy, power plant, or infrastructure

projects. Experience in

LSS / solar farm projects

is an added advantage. Strong understanding of C&S drawings, structural design principles, and construction practices. Possess good problem-solving, interpersonal and communication skills. Mature, proactive, effective personnel management skills.
Job Type: Contract

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
