Job Responsibility Ensuring compliance with regulations: Ensure the stall operates in compliance with local health and safety regulations, food safety laws, and labor laws. Customer service: Able to interact with customers, handle customer complaints, and ensure that customers have a positive experience. Managing and supervising staff: The Manager must ensure that stall is adequately staffed, and that the staff is well-trained and motivated. This may involve recruiting, hiring, training, scheduling, and supervising staff. increasing sales: Have good communication skills and creative thinking to improve sales. Job Requirements Least 1 year s working experience in food & Beverage, (hospitality n tourism industry is an advantage).At Must be able to communicate well in Mandarin A passion for food, hospitality, and customer service.
