Job Description
- Candidates with Degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related discipline will be an added advantage
- At least 1 to 3 years of working experience in the Interior, Construction or Building Service Industry
- Required languages: English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia
- Required skills: Computer literate and knowledge in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project
- Possess own transport
- Able to work independently under tight schedule
- Attend meeting related to site matters
- Record daily site progress report/site diary
- Supervise & Coordinate site works
- Plan, organize & manage site schedule
- Report progress to project manager
- To plan work schedule, material requisition and overall project supervision
- To manage site workers, vendors and sub-contractors to ensure the project deadlines are met
- Liaise with interior designers, vendors, contractors and clients to ensure the smooth completion of the project
- Process project risk, issues and provide solutions where applicable
- Perform quality checks on the project\'s materials & construction quality
