This role is responsible for the operational leadership of CnC technology across TB, DCDA and CLIENT COVERAGE domains
Ensure the highest service quality and stability by responding to technical incidents quickly and effectively, and drive change by analysing and identifying continuous service improvement opportunities
Leading CCIB top-level initiatives, such as FMEA (failure mode impact analysis) / blameless RCA, monitoring enhancements..
Real-time understanding or knowledge about critical payment service journey with strong functional & technical knowledge
Responsible for knowledge management, ensuring solution steps, automation opportunities, preventive measures, etc. Fully documented, tracked until closed, and kept for future reference
CnC will intercept aberrations (Situational Awareness), swarm required teams (Situational Management) and recover / resume service disruptions (Incident Resumption) when problems are known-known and / or known-unknown
QUALIFICATIONS
Post-graduation degree with knowledge in Information technology
15-18 Years of IT experience. Banking domain is desirable
Hands on Production support experience with at least 10 years managing Cash, Payments & Clearing systems
Willing to come in shifts as per the CnC shift rota & support CnC 24X7 support model.
Good knowledge on Monitoring tools such as ITRS, Graphana, Skynet, Splunk, AppDynamics etc.,
Good knowledge in 4 or more technologies covering overall application architecture such as in Java, J2EE, Oracle, WaaS, MQ and Unix technologies
Excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to interact with business representatives.
Good with stakeholder communication and able to liaise with Senior Mgmt.
Basic understanding of SWIFT Net domain on various SWIFT Products (SAA/ SAG/ SNL/ SAB) based on various platforms such as AIX, Sun Solaris, and Windows
Basic understanding of LAN, WAN and Firewall
Advanced documentation skills to ensure that the knowledge repository is up to date.
Represent technology to our business and vendors encompassing for all production support
