Job Responsibility:

  • Responsible in scheduling Team Members working shift and off days.
  • To ensure Skyway Emergency Breakdown Contingency plan is followed during any Skyway Service Interuption
  • To comply to all Integrated Management System requirements for ISO9001 & ISO45001 as practised by the Department
  • To ensure the general cleanliness of the gondola, platform and working area is maintained at all times during the operations of Skyway.
  • To conduct counseling for team members that habitually breach the Company\xe2\x80\x99s procedure and take appropriate disciplinary action as per the Company\xe2\x80\x99s guideline i.e. Habitual Lateness, absenteeism, misconduct, etc.
  • Knowledgeable in preparing portable queue lines and relevant additional signages when required during busy periods.

Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM qualification;
  • Minimum two (2) years working experience in clerical or related job;
  • Possess knowledge in PC applications, e.g. MS Word and MS Excel will be an added advantage;
  • Able to write simple reports;
  • Able to communicate in both English and Bahasa Malaysia;
  • Possess good leadership qualities and the ability to supervise others;
  • Good working performance & disciplinary record.
