Responsible for partnering and managing relationships with stakeholders
Ensuring to define and maintain effective learning curricula to enable their performance agenda
Manage the quality of learning solutions, through the process of capturing and assessing stakeholder\xe2\x80\x99s needs, validating and prioritizing learning needs and to help form the annual development plan for learning and working to the agreed annual curriculum planning process
Identify and assess skills needs to ensure root causes are identified and determine the optimal learning solutions
Manage the overall learning budget allocation and utilization Key Responsibilities:
Manage Squad Members, Peers and Stakeholders to reduce learning duplication across portfolios
Resolve issues of conflict or disagreement, working with other colleagues across the Group.
Manage ad hoc learning requests to ensure that high priority requests are scheduled appropriately.
Ensure collaboration with the Learning Delivery Squad so that the agreed learning solutions are designed and deployed as planned to achieve required business outcomes
Ensure that stakeholder provides the inputs needed to start and run learning design initiatives on time
Supervise overall communication with business stakeholders on the status of learning initiatives
Build and maintain effective relationships outside Learning (e.g. Talent Development, Succession Planning) to ensure learning can propose and facilitate holistic solutions
Provide reporting to stakeholders, highlight and resolve any issues with stakeholders
Promote and enforce a strong \xe2\x80\x98One RHB\xe2\x80\x99 culture in Learning and working with other colleagues to build one high performing team
Lead or participate in strategic learning or learning operational change initiativesRequirementsRequirements: Bachelor Degree - .- \xe2\x80\xa2 Professional qualification in a related discipline is preferred, not requiredMinimum 5 year experience in learning and development
Internal client-facing experience and skills
Knowledge of learning processes and standards
Root cause analysis, and recommendation of training and non-training solutions to solve performance problems or maximize performance opportunities
