Responsible:
Proactively acquiring SME clients through strategic networking, referrals, and targeted outreach.
Leading negotiations and closing deals to expand the SME loan portfolio effectively.
Conducting thorough assessments of clients' financing requirements and delivering tailored loan solutions aligned with their business needs.
Collaborating closely with internal departments to ensure seamless loan processing and excellent client experience.
Keeping abreast of market trends and competitor activities to continuously enhance our product offerings.
Requirements:
Minimum of 1-6 years' sales experience in SME/ Business Banking with a focus on SME financing and microfinancing products
within banking industry
.
Established and extensive B2B network with SME clients and access to high-profile SME contacts.
Demonstrates a proactive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented "hunter" mentality.
Superior communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional qualification.
Available to join immediately.
Fixed Lifestyle Allowance:
Up to RM600/month to cover phone bills and commuting to the office.
Mileage Claim:
For client visitations -- reimbursed at RM0.80 per km, with no cap.
Commission Scheme:
Tiered and performance-based, ranging from RM4,000 up to RM15,000 or more monthly, depending on loan disbursement.
No ceiling cap -- commissions are treated as monthly performance bonuses
