Job Description


Job Summary:To assist the Head of Telco branch according to respective region to execute company field and retail marketing sales strategies. Responsible for monthly sell out target achievement in line with account targets and deployment of key retail initiatives across assigned accounts.Job Responsibilities:1) Outbound sales activities

  • Identify & market outbound sales opportunities within designated market area.
  • Outbound basis by roving and roadshows.
2) Sales pipeline
  • Build and maintain appropriate individual sales pipeline with outbound activities.
  • Identify and generate new sales opportunities by proactively reach out to potential customers, collect leads on roving and roadshows.
3) Lead Follow Up
  • Ensuring leads given to them are followed up diligently via Apps.
  • Collect and manage leads in apps. to ensure timely follow-ups.
4) Account Management
  • Use apps. to track and manage customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline.
  • Develop and implement strategies to nurture leads and convert them into sales
5)Sales productivity
  • Establish & achieve sales target, and marketing strategies for the products and/or services sold.
  • Monthly Target need to achieve for Enterprise sales.
6) Customer Service
  • Serve and assist walk-in customers with product inquiries, purchases, and service requests
  • Provide personalized and attentive service to ensure customer satisfaction and identify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell additional products and services to existing clients.
7) Social media and Promotion Awareness
  • Create and post engaging content about the company\'s promotions, products, and events on social media platforms.
  • Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and feedback on social media.
8) Market awareness
  • Identify and monitor market trends and competitors\xe2\x80\x99 action to gain competitive advantage.
  • Stay updated on market trends, industry developments, and competitive landscape.
9) Relationship management
  • Build rapport with internal and external customers through prompt, courteous, efficient, and professional services.
  • Maintain strong relationships with SME customers and Serve as the primary point of contact for SMEs, addressing their needs and concerns.
10) Compliances
  • Strictly adherence to established sales processes.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations
Job Requirement:
  • Candidate should possess a SPM/Diploma
  • Proven experience in enterprise, SME, sales, account management, or a similar role.
  • Previous working experience in retail would be an added advantage.
  • Preferably at least 1 year of related working experience.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Flexibility in a dynamic retail environment
  • Results-driven with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Mandarin Speaker would be an added advantage
  • Good communication skills in English language for both spoken and written
  • Positions open in Klang Valley, Northern, Southern, East Coast & Borneo.
