Description Primary Objective: Provide supports to Private Wealth Manager in servicing HNW Individual and Corporate Clients Provide solutions and supports to Business to ensure smooth running of the entire end to end Private Wealth operations in both Malaysia and Singapore Office Key Responsibilities: Working closely with Private Wealth Manager in servicing High Net Worth clientele Support the Private Wealth Manager in providing banking, credit, investment and customer service including attending to client\'s request / enquiries and communicating with client in a timely manner. Maintain complete and accurate document protocol, in accordance to the approved credit terms. Liaison between business and various stakeholders to co-ordinate and closely manage the end to end workflow and processes Ensure timeliness, accuracy and smooth running of execution of client\'s request and transaction Adhering to Company\'s Policies and Procedures including relevant rules, regulations and guidelines Supporting role to Malaysia and Singapore office in the implementation of new processes and projects Close gaps identified between the countries. Assist in ad-hoc project assignments to contribute towards the overall success of the business.
