To plan, manage and track projects progression and to ensure project deliverables are within scope, timeline and budget for business units under GWB
Engage with cross-functional stakeholders and vendors on matters related to project management for business units under GWB such as schedule regular meetings, record decisions, track project progression
To undertake planning for projects/product initiatives; to understand and value-add on business operating model
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand the projects initiative and requirements and ensure it add value to the business operating model before undertaking the project planning
To oversee bank-wide project/ initiatives impacting business units under GWB for coordination
Have good communication skills, including establishing and maintaining good relationships with all stakeholders and vendors
To work with respective business unit under GWB to manage and control CAPEX IT Budgets
To work with respective business unit under GWB to manage vendor\xe2\x80\x99s performance, contract renewal and registration of new vendors, payments for renewal subscription and project billings
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee overall projects/initiatives by the respective business unit prioritization under GWB
Manage the entire lifecycle of Project Management (Initiation phase until Delivery and Support) to ensure the project is delivered within agreed timeline, scope and budget
Execute the mandates as per outlined in the Project Charter or Term of Reference approved by Project Steering committee
Preparation and submission to seek approval from committees Project PSC, GITC, GTC and Board if required
Manage and supervise the Project team to ensure the team members are delivering as per project\xe2\x80\x99s mission and objective (multiple stakeholders within the RHB Group)
Regular communication and meetings with stakeholders to manage through the lifecycles till completion of projects/ initiatives and post implementation follow-up
Review of Project/ Enhancement issues, communication and deliveries
To work with business units under GWB to prepare annual project Budget during the budget cycle and monitor its approval and budget drawdown.
To work with business units under GWB on the submission to GP systems for all PR/PO issuances related to project requirements; monitor on its approval, payment and approval requisition (if required)
To work with business units under GWB in managing vendor/supplier to provide services based on agreed SLA and its annual renewal pricing and services
Participate in other bank-wide project/ initiatives
Minimum of 5 years of strong acumen in technology/application related project management
