Description Primary Objective: Responsible for project delivery of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) internal projects. Manage and supervise bankwide projects to support Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) division objectives. Manage and supervise internal/external Change Request impacting ERM Risk systems i.e. RWA, KRM, Stress Test and Rating systems. BCP coordinator and reviewer for Enterprise Risk Management (ERM). Key Responsibilities: Manage various initiatives and projects to support regulatory and internal requirements. Supervise and ensure system impact analysis and change assessment is properly done per project requirement to support management\'s initiatives. Supervise and coordinate with various stakeholders during project and initiative implementation to ensure the project is implemented according to the timeline. Supervise and coordinate with various stakeholders on internal/external change request implementation to ensure the change request is implemented according to the timeline. Lead and plan for user requirement gathering and analysis. Generate ad hoc and scheduled management reports. Lead on tests planning, management and execution. Coordinating on system issues remediation with technology and business partners. Able to identify project risk. Lead and manage project budget and payment milestone where relevant. Lead, compile, review BIA and BCP manual for each pillar within ERM to ensure the documents are completed and submitted as per Bank\'s timeline. Requirements Requirements: Bachelor Degree. Good analytical and project planning skills Pro-active and able to work independently as well as result oriented and able to meet datelines. Knowledge of project management techniques and tools and Basel and risk management related guidelines where relevant. Able to guide, influence and motivate teams. Good verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills. Forward thinking and effective problem solving skills.
