Description Primary Objective: Support the Head of Digital Innovation to drive successful delivery of RHBI\'s digital strategy and initiatives, oversee the successful enhancement of current digital channels, as well as the development of future digital services across the e-channel platform (mobile and web). Key Responsibilities: Digital Innovation Stay up-to-date with the latest technology and digital trends to identify new areas of growth and improvement of RHBI\'s digital capabilities. Identifying opportunities for process improvement and recommending changes to improve the Customer Experience across the digital platforms One of the main drivers that support the development of innovative ideas to enhance and future proof RHBI\'s digital platform and ecosystem. Support Head of Department (HOD) with business case creation, conducting analysis of data and reports, identify improvements to existing processes or offerings, and feasibilities studies of the development of new digital features/services. Develop and manage the reporting dashboard to monitor the performance of digital platforms i.e. sales lead generation, platform stickiness, customer engagement etc Digital Acquisition and Adoption Work with Journey Owners (App & Web) and Product teams to understand customer journey and buying behaviors to drive and optimize the buying journey, platform usage, and repeat purchase of digital products. Keep pulse with market conditions and consumer trends to support the digital platform in generating sales leads. Work with HOD to develop and deliver: an effective integrated marketing and content strategy across App and Web to meet the adoption and acquisition goals identify and monitor the success metrics as well as refine strategies to ensure the organization\'s key objectives are met. Support the day-to-day management, optimization, and improvement of on-going marketing initiatives and strategies to meet sales targets and acquisition goals and objectives. Drive the digital marketing and content roadmap for both App and Web and own the content creation and management to ensure impactful messaging and effective lead-generation and sales conversion. Be the key point of contact with external marketing agency partners and internal teams to ensure successful delivery of all paid marketing campaigns and ensure the optimization of investment budgets. Digital Projects Delivery and Implementation Support HOD with business case creation, gathering requirements and information from various business units. Participate in ideation sessions for new Products or Functionalities, Prototype solutions and test innovative ideas to improve and enhance user\'s digital experience across digital platforms. Work with Journey Owners (App & Web) and various Product Development team in delivering Digital Products which includes but not limited to: Collaborating with designers and software developers to create the optimal User Experience Analyze, discuss and document new functionalities and develop clear user stories that are aligned to the project goals and objectives Manage the development timeline to meet the target delivery deadlines, monitor and maintain a healthy product backlog, work with HOD to ensure challenges are resolved at a timely manner to minimize overall impact to overall delivery timeline. Create and document testing scenarios, use cases and support manuals Run user and regression tests to ensure high product quality Support implementation of digital products and services on mobile and online platforms. Be a liaison between the information technology team and the business units throughout project creation to post-launch support Contribute to the Product community, by sharing knowledge and energy. Requirements Requirements: Bachelor Degree - . 10 years of experience in Business Analyst/Business Operations Management with experience in IT/Digital platforms (previous consulting background is an added bonus) Ability to analyze and make decisions with minimum amount of information Strong Software Development life cycle experience including understanding of testing (which will be involved in usability testing) Business modeling and workflow experience is preferred Strong Communication and Customer Service Skills - Communicating in a clear, effective and professional manner to address client and end user needs.
