About the VP, Digital Innovation and Strategy Role:
In this vital role for the business, you will play a crucial role in driving the Bank\'s digital strategy and embracing a digital culture while overseeing the end-to-end execution of ideas, from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic roadmaps for the organisation, ensuring they align with the bank\'s objectives
• Apply a digital lens to reimagine business processes and recommend digital opportunities for implementation
• Effectively communicate complex ideas in a strategic and clear manner to senior management and stakeholders
• Create detailed and actionable business cases and plans that leverage industry, IT, and business process acumen
• Collaborate closely with other business stakeholders to analyse data and derive actionable innovation insights for senior management decision-making
• Express the overarching digital strategy across various digital channels, optimising each channel to maximise impact
• Foster open and transparent communication within the organisation, as well as with external industry players, statutory bodies, and technologists
• Contribute to initiatives beyond the department/division scope, where applicable
• Lead the RFP process and vendor selection for new innovation projects
• Ensure adherence to governance requirements and collaborate with the bank\'s control function to obtain necessary clearance and endorsement prior to the go-live/launch of innovation projects

To succeed in this VP, Digital Innovation and Strategy role, you will need to collaborate effectively with department units to ensure the successful implementation of digital innovation initiatives/projects.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years\' experience as a digital strategist or in a relevant digital and technology strategy leadership role
• Extensive experience in the Financial Services Industry (FSI) or equivalent relevant sectors
• A genuine passion for taking on new challenges, finding innovative solutions, and immersing yourself in all aspects of digital technologies
• Exceptional and adaptable writing skills, with the ability to communicate clearly across various mediums
• Strong presentation skills, capable of inspiring enthusiasm for ideas and effectively conveying complex concepts to diverse audiences
• Demonstrated ability to articulate your vision and insights to both senior management and stakeholders from diverse backgrounds
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage and maintain relationships with various stakeholders
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with a strong command of English
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially PowerPoint and Excel
• In-depth knowledge and passion for technology trends, such as Robotics, Big Data, Advanced Machine Learning, and Internet of Things
