Description Primary Objective: Design customer journey & product capabilities for RHB\'s digital products consistent with the business strategy and user journey Key Responsibilities: Continuously develop the customer journey by designing and implementing product capabilities that deliver growth in user base and revenue streams Work closely with stakeholders and other work streams to strategize, plan and execute the delivery of MVP timelines Organize and facilitate workshops to ideate, prototype and refine the existing user journey with new product capabilities Collaborate with UX researchers to continuously test, validate and iterate products with users to ensure that the product provides a good fit to their needs Engage stakeholders and senior management regularly to present product updates and get endorsement for new product capabilities Keeps up to date with digital trends, technology solution providers and assess their potential application to the user and product journeys Monitor and address all required data and customer backed validation / justification of customer journey and investments for MVP Closely engage other business and support units within RHB to thoroughly assess cost, effort and impact to organization for digitalizing each customer journey and ensure all the required supporting capabilities/enablers are scope and incorporated as part of the business justification Requirements Requirements: Bachelor Degree - Experience in developing wealth & investment product features, capabilities and channels Experienced in developing functional capabilities based on customer need and defining the right touch points Experienced in digital banking and/or Fintech Collaborative mindset to work with multiple parts of RHB Good financial understanding to define business justifications, metrices and ROI model Data analysis & insights generation skills Benefits Dental, Education support, Miscellaneous allowance, Medical, Loans, Sports (e.g. Gym), Parking, Vision, Regular hours, Mondays - Fridays, Casual Business Wear, Performance Based Rewards
