Proactively lead new PF product launches, product management & business development, process improvements and be abreast with market needs and trends to remain competitive in the market.
Experience in handling digital initiatives / projects is an added advantage
Keeps abreast with developments in PF industry landscape and takes action to capitalized on business opportunities and mitigate threats.
Establishes and maintains positive and productive relationships with external business partners and key internal business stakeholders.
Participates in developing marketing strategies and works with marketing department in the development of marketing programs and campaigns
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible to establish and build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders and external partners to consistently grow the base, enhance value proposition & explore future business opportunities.
Develop and implement new and/or enhance product & services
Develop those products into viable working markets keeping abreast with overall policies and procedures as well as Bank Negara Malaysia requirements
Coordinate for users & various system owners to come up with the process flow & system enhancement.
Increase market share through development and implementation of effective campaign management and marketing activities to achieve business objectives
The role is also responsible for understanding our target customers and drivers behind customer behavior, analysis on customer segmentation and behavioral analysis with data provided by Customer Analytics Department to be able to execute targeted campaigns, be it cross-selling, upselling or specific tailored spend programs for specific set of customer within the base.
Work closely with Group Marketing in strategizing and implementing above and below the line initiatives for proposition and execute product specific campaigns to drive intended results. Role holder is also responsible to ensure the product proposition & direction aligns with the overall business strategy.
Requirements
Requirements: Bachelor Degree - Business / Economics /Finance degree/ Marketing or related Banking degree.
Preferably with Retail Banking Product Development / Management background with more than 5 years managerial experiences in managing a team especially Personal Financing.
