Manage and review assigned Impaired Loans / Financing under RRC\xe2\x80\x99s portfolio via strategic recovery actions, which includes repayment program / R&R / legal action;
Provide relevant administrative support relating to legal recovery action, system update and reports as and when required by Management;
Propose and negotiate restructuring and rescheduling plans to maximize amount collected (Conventional & Islamic Accounts);
Manage collaboration and relationship with external solicitors and valuers to support necessary legal action/proceedings;
Execute end-to-end auction of all assets/collaterals to maximise auction sales value to reduce;
Propose and negotiate settlement plans to maximise amount recovered for written-off cases;
Manage collaboration and relationship with CGC and SJPP on matters relating to claim submission. Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate, review, recommend and monitor compliance of recovery strategies for assigned Impaired Loans to meet the Centre\xe2\x80\x99s recovery target.
Prepare monthly/quarterly/half-yearly and ad-hoc reports to Head Office on the management of impaired portfolio of accounts.
Perform relevant data update on portfolio of accounts in the respective systems
Carry out restructure and rescheduling activities
Prepare and issue letter to solicitors/valuers/receivers & managers/private liquidator for relevant recovery action
Ensure post-settlement- process is completed and deletion of collateral data
Lodgement and Withdrawal of Caveat
Conduct site visits to check the business status (still ongoing or cease operation) and relevant details
Handling SJPP/CGC matters and ensure claim is submitted within stipulated deadline, no outstanding guarantee fees, etc
Identify and submit accounts which are qualified for write-off/write down
Handling Security Documentation such as perfection and discharge
Provide guidance to other specialist in the team
RequirementsRequirements: Bachelor Degree - Degree / Diploma (or Working experience as Loan Recovery Officer).Minimum 3 years of experience as Loan Recovery officer at a financial institution
