Manage and review assigned Loans under RRC\'s portfolio via strategic recovery actions, which includes repyment programme/ R&R/Legal actions;
Provide relevant administrative support relating to legal recovery action and system update; Propose and negotiate restucturing and rescheduling plans to maximaise amount collected (conventional & Islamic Accounts)
Manage collaboration and relationshio with external solicitors to support necessary legal action/proceedings; Execute end-to-end auction of all assets/collaterals to maximise auction sales value to reduce the debt;
Propose and negotiate settlement plans to maximise amount recovered for written off cases;
Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate,review,recommend and monitor compliance of recovery strategies for assigned Impaired/Written-off loans to meet the Centre\'s recovery target.
Prepare monthly/quarterly/half-yearly and ad-hoc reports to Head Office on the managment of impaired portfolio of accounts.
Perform relevant data update on portfolio of accounts in the respective systems.
Dunning and calling activities to contact customers & manage calls and follow ups.
Carry out restructure and resheduling activities.
Prepare and issue proposal on payment plans,waivers,call off auctions and /or hold legal actions.
Prepare and issue letters to solicitors/valuers/receivers & mangers/private Liquidator for relevant recovery action.
Ensure post-settlement-process is complete and deletion of collateral data.
Lodgement and withdrawal of Caveat.
Attend to closure of AMLA.
Conduct sie visits to check the business status ( still ongoing or cease operation) and relevant details.
Hnadling SJPP/CGC matters and ensure claim is submitted within stipulated deadline, no outstanding guarantee fees etc.
Identify and submit accounts which are qualified for write-off/write-down.
Handling Security Documentation such as perfection and discharge.
Requirements
Requirements: Degree in Banking/Finance/Business Administration/Management or other related fiels and disciplines
Minimum of 3 years experience as Officer of Loan Recovery at a financial institution
Strong in Credit,Legal and Management skills
Strong in business and industry knowledge
Good interpersonal,communication and PC skills
Good problem solving skills
Good communication/people skills and able to handle customers
Persistent,disciplined and strong sense on initiative to follow through on issues
Knowledge of compliance/legal/regulatory requriements regarding collection activities
Good knowledge of legal processes and procedures related recovery
