Primary Objective:
Operational & support role in IE Regional Strategy & Admin, ensuring smooth operations of the department and regional offices. Compile & liaise with IB Business Risk/Compliance division on related matters & to highlight any pertinent arising issues to IE management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide operational and administrative support to HOD and team for local & regional IE offices.
- Assist to develop, review, maintain operational manuals -policies & guideline. Ensure systems ffunction effectively and efficiently for local office as well as the regional offices.
- Assist in monitoring cost and expense of IE department P&L and Budget - local & regional.
- Monitoring Admin Staff workflow and deadline.
- Assist monitoring Risk Control Assessment, Regulatory Compliance, Risk & Compliance Awareness and Audit Issues
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree - Degree in Business Admin/Finance/Accounts or any other relevant qualification.
Minimum 5 - 10 years working experience in Financial Industry.
Computer literate
Good Communications Skills (Oral & Written)
Analytical Thinking
Preferably with Dealers License (pass Module 6 and 7)
