Primary Objective:

Responsible to support acquisition system (Flash) related Production/ UAT development and implementation.
Key Responsibilities:

• Supports acquisition system development and maintenance for all Retail Products.
• Coordinate in user requirement session for CR raised.
• Review and assess on the user requirement of CR or Project.
• Involve in any UAT/ Production deployment in regards to system
• Implementation on internal UAT/ Production configuration required as per Change Request submitted by system users.
• Attend and execute Internal CR raised by stakeholders
• Tracking and monitoring of Quests in Jira and Sign Off in Confluence
• Manage issue received in SDP Careline / Issue Reporting module
• Coordinate user for system testing, verification and system cutover
• Participate and arrange resources in any Bankwide system UAT/ Production deployment as system representative to perform verification/ UAT.
• Organize/initiate acquisition system related process enhancement project.
• Handle others administrative/ Audit investigation.
• Coaching junior teammate on system admin/project related task.
• Responsible for ad-hoc project management including attending meetings, coordination & supervision works
• Co-spearhead with Project Manager (on special project initiative e.g. FLASH/CDE) on coordinating & executing the UAT testing for system / service enhancement.
• Responsible to interact with stakeholders & handle all project related matters.
• Participate in team initiatives and other related activities as required e.g. system enhancement implementation, Ad-hoc projects etc.
• To execute any tasks given as and when is required or to backup other team when the need arise
• Similar to Team Member.
