Job Description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES



Market Research: Research and analyze target audience and trends in social commerce platforms.

Content Creation: Create engaging and visually appealing content for social media platforms (e.g., product images, videos, descriptions).

Customer Engagement: Interact with customers on social media, answer queries, and build relationships.

Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a social commerce sales strategy, including stock availability pricing, promotions, and product placement. Collaboration with E-Commerce Team

Platform Management: Manage and optimize social commerce platforms (e.g., setting up and updating product listings). Collaboration with E-Commerce Team

Analytics: Monitor key performance metrics (e.g., conversion rates, engagement) and make data-driven decisions. *Collaboration with E-Commerce Team

Managing Rurutiki Social Media pages (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok & LinkedIn (By progress)

JOB REQUIREMENTS



1-2 years' experience in digital marketing / live-host / content creation.

Bachelor's degree in Public Relations / Mass Communication / Journalism / Advertising / Media / Marketing / English / International Business or Equivalent Qualifications Good communication skills, independent, and fast learner.

Able to deliver quality content with minimal supervision and meet deadlines. Excellent writing and proofreading skills, with a keen eye for detail.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: Up to RM3,200.00 per month

Work Location: In person
