Job Overview: We are seeking a creative, forward-thinking, and organized social media content creator to join our growing team. In this position, you will interact with targeted virtual communities and network users to promote our products and provide customer care services to new audiences. You will also be tasked with creating content that is not only engaging but also in line with our brand\'s voice and mission. You should be a \'people person\' with great customer service skills and the ability to moderate online and offline conversations with our community. Responsibilities and Duties: Create engaging text, image, and video content for social media accounts. Respond to comments and customer queries in a timely manner. Monitor and report on feedback and online reviews. Organize and participate in events to build community and boost brand awareness. Coordinate with Marketing, PR, and Communications teams to ensure brand consistency. Liaise with Development and Sales departments to stay updated on new products and features. Build relationships with customers, potential customers, industry professionals, and journalists. Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends. Qualifications: Proven work experience as a social media content creator or similar role. Hands-on experience with social media management for brands. Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video). Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics. Knowledge of online marketing channels. Excellent communication skills. Analytical and multitasking skills. BSc degree in Marketing or relevant field. Skills: Strong copywriting and editing skills suitable for each platform, from knowing how to write a successful tweet to using effective storytelling techniques. Knowledge and understanding of algorithms and search engine optimization. Creative mind with an ability to conceive interesting ideas for new content. Experience with professional content creation and editing software such as Adobe Creative Suite. Work Environment: This job operates in a professional office environment, though remote work options may be available. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and printers/scanners. Physical Demands: Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Travel Required: Minimal travel may be required for this position. Position Type and Expected Hours of Work: This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., 40 hours per week.
