Job Responsibility Collaborate with the team to plan and execute the monthly content calendar Develop engaging visuals, videos and copywriting for different platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, XHS, Lemon8) Involve in photo and video shooting to capture the aesthetic, energy and values in our products Research and stay up-to-date with local and international fashion trends to ensure content remains fresh and appealing Manage the social media accounts and engage with the community Monitor and analyze the performances on various platforms to assess audience engagement and make improvements Assist in liaising with local and international KOLs and coordinate their content production for brand and product reviews Proficient in photo and video editing tools such as Canva, CapCut or Adobe Suites would be advantageous (salary negotiable). Qualifications: Fluent in writing and speaking Bahasa Malaysia and English (fluency in Mandarin is a plus). Preferably with 1-3 years of proven experience in a digital marketing/social media/content creation role. Diploma/Bachelor s Degree in Marketing / Digital Marketing / Mass Communication or equivalent Experienced in managing and analysing data on social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, XHS, Lemon8). Job Requirements: Self-motivated, and proactive, with excellent communication and collaboration skills. Knowledge of the fashion and accessories industry is preferable. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Able to differentiate content styles for different social media platforms. A flair for creating engaging, fun, and eye-catching content. Takes initiatives to learn and explore new knowledge and skills to complete the tasks assigned.
