Job Description

• Diploma or Bachelor\'s degree in digital marketing/mass communications or related field
• Video editing experience, specifically for social media format (e.g: TikTok, IG Reels, etc.)
• In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices to ensure maximum reach and engagement.
• Experience in conducting market research and developing an understanding of the target audience to create content that resonates with them and the ability to analyse social media metrics to determine the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
• Fluent in Malay with excellent communication skills to effectively convey the brand message and engage with the audience across various social media channels.
• Good command of communication skills and be enthusiastic.
• Cheerful, energetic, confident and attractive personality, comfortable to talk in front of camera.
• Willing to learn, positive attitude and able to work under pressure to meet target and deadline.
• Have good knowledge and interest in cooking/kitchenware are an added advantage.
• Willing and able to work in Taman Midah, Kuala Lumpur.

• Create videos and post onto Company\'s social media platforms such as i.e TikTok, Instagram and etc.
• Stay up-to-date with social media trends, best practices, and emerging platforms to leverage social media for business growth
• Brainstorm for new videos and contents
• Schedule and plan content postings schedule for each week or month as per any digital promotional times or celebrations
• Propose and attain approval from Management for any new video or content posting prior posting
• Monitor and analyse social media performance by tracking engagement rates, reach, and impressions to make data-driven decisions for improvement
