What You'll Be DoingSocial Media Strategy & Planning

Brainstorm and develop creative ideas and marketing strategies aligned with our brand goals Maintain a structured content calendar and plan campaign rollouts for timely and consistent posting Keep up with social trends to propose fresh content angles

Content Creation

Design and curate visual assets such as images, graphics, Reels, and TikTok videos Create engaging posts, stories, and short-form videos that enhance brand presence Participate in filming, photoshoots, and onsite content creation sessions

Social Media Management

Manage and update our platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) Respond to comments and messages professionally and promptly Track, monitor, and compile weekly performance insights

Paid Social Media Campaigns (Bonus)

Assist in planning and executing paid campaigns Help analyse performance and suggest improvements

Influencer & Talent Coordination

Identify suitable influencers and creators for brand collaborations Assist with outreach, coordination, product seeding, and tracking influencer deliverables

What We're Looking For

You live and breathe social media

-- you know what's trending before everyone else Strong video editing skills (CapCut / Adobe Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro, etc.)

Bonus:

Comfortable being on camera -- we'll add

RM200

on top of your allowance if you are! Creative, energetic, and always experimenting with new content ideas

Basic design skills (Canva / Photoshop / Lightroom) Passionate about content creation, trends, and brand storytelling Strong communication skills and willingness to learn Able to commit at least

Students in Marketing, Mass Comm, Multimedia, Design, or related fields encouraged to apply
