Job Description


Job Responsibility To support the team in all administrative, coordination and execution work in all events and projects To assist the event team to ensure a coordinated approach and no overlap. To assist in executing the marketing and activation activities. Brainstorming and implementing event concepts and themes. Coordinating all logistical elements of the event. Preparing event budgets and processing invoices. Moderate communities located in social networking sites including Facebook, Twitter, and other similar social media platforms, adapting methodology where appropriate Help develop visual content for images, pins, video and messaging Preparation for company event including logistics and slides formatting Job Requirements Degree in hospitality, public relations, management, admin or related field. Experience in project management with a track record of successful events. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask under pressure. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Know how to use Canva or Photoshop, with some graphic design background Creative, out-of-the-box thinking. Ability to lead a large team and delegate tasks effectively. Meticulous attention to detail. Expert time management skills. Financial savvy, with the ability to adhere to plan budgets and process invoices.
