We're looking for a strategic, trend-driven Social Media Manager to build hetam+ into a leading lifestyle cafe brand across digital platforms. This role requires a mix of creativity, content creation, and community building. You will be responsible for turning our cafe experience, beverages & pastries into engaging digital stories that grow brand visibility, customer loyalty, and sales.
Key Responsibilities
Content Strategy & Creation
Plan, produce, and publish content across Instagram & Tiktok.
Create engaging photo, video (Reels, TikTok), and carousel content showcasing cafe culture, drinks, lifestyle storytelling, and brand collaborations.
Develop social media campaigns highlighting key products (coffee, matcha, ORIGAMI, DRiPP, Korte, etc.), seasonal offerings, and events.
Brand Voice & Community Engagement
Build a distinct brand voice that reflects hetam+'s identity (modern, artisanal, culture-driven).
Engage with followers, respond to DMs, and manage online reputation across platforms.
Develop loyalty through interactive content, contests, UGC collaborations, and influencer partnerships.
Content Performance & Analytics
Monitor content performance and optimize posting strategy based on insights.
Use data to refine content direction and improve ROI on marketing efforts.
Campaign & Collaboration Management
Develop and execute social campaigns for new product launches, cafe promotions, and pop-up events.
Work with micro-influencers and cafe partners for content collaborations and visibility.
Coordinate photoshoots, video shoots, and live coverage of cafe events.
