• Can speak and write in Mandarin is compulsory.
• A diploma or bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred
• 2-3 years' experience in content writing, running advertisement and social media management is preferred
• Proven 2-3 years working experience as a Content Writer/Copy Writer or any Social Media Marketing-related role in any industry is an added advantage.
• Ability to optimize and improve performance for all advertisement.
• Strong sense of social media trends in relevant markets, as well as content based on language
• Excellent understanding of social media marketing concepts and best practices
• Ability to deliver creative content (text, images, and video).
• Optimize content to drive audience engagement and conversions.
• Manage and update existing content to keep IT relevant and up to date.
• Track and analyze content performance metrics to make data-driven improvements.
• Ensure all content is polished and free of errors before publication.
• Personality: Strong communication skills, willing to explore new things, proactive and strong learner

Tanggungjawab

• Plan, develop and execute marketing strategies to establish brand consistency and increase sales.
• Manage the execution of our social media content across different channels
• Plan social media content calendar (including content ideation, copywriting, planning visuals and scheduling posts)
• Assist in executing social media and advertising campaign to promote content that will achieve set targets.
• Assist in tracking the success of our social media campaigns via reports, including the use of our tools and systems.
• Assist with generating insights and propose improvements in line with the company's objectives.
• Stay abreast with the latest social media best practices and trends, from internal or external avenues.
• Work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects concurrently.
