Job Requirements:

Excellent consulting, writing, editing(photo/ video/ text), presentation and communication skills.
Experienced in social networking.
Adequate knowledge of webpage design, CRO, SEO and marketing.
Positive attitude, detailed and customer oriented with strong multitasking and organizational ability.
Able to commit on deadlines.
BS in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media or Public Relations.

Tanggungjawab

Job Responsibilities:

Execute social media strategy through research, platform determination, benchmarking.
Build connection with users by creating and publishing meaningful content.
Monitor social media metrics to optimize future performance.
Responsible to engage with users.
Track performance, trend and mitigate digital risk.
Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community.
Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, sales etc.) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions.
