Responsibilities

• Create and manage social media profiles and accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube.
• Write and develop creative and engaging content for regularly scheduled posts and ads.
• Create compelling headlines and content body that will capture the attention of the target audience.
• Brainstorm and generate ideas and strategies for marketing campaigns
• Interact with customers and dealing with customers\' inquiries
• Identify customers\xe2\x80\x99 needs and recommend new content to address gaps in the company\'s current content.
• Create shareable content appropriate for specific platforms to drive traffic and customer engagement
• Edit, proofread and polish content to improve readability and presentation
• Collaborate with the Creative Team in visual design/ photo & video shooting to publish engaging and interesting posts
• Run regular social promotions and campaigns
• Manage a budget to be spent on promoting social media posts and pay-per-click (PPC) advertising
• Keep track of data and analyze the performance of social media campaigns on a daily basis

Requirement

• Possess a Diploma or equivalent in Advertising, English, Journalism, Marketing, Media, Communications, or any related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in managing and running social media accounts and adverts, especially TikTok, Facebook, Instagram and YouTube.
• Fluent in speaking and writing Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Able to consistently meet deadlines, multi-tasking and problem-solving with strong attention to detail.
• Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
• Proficient in marketing research and statistical analysis
• Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

• Social media and customer service skills.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with a cross-functional team.
• Good attitude, self-motivated and creative.
• Able to start work immediately or with short notice is preferred.
