Job Description

  • Candidate must prossess at least a Professional Certificate, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Degree, Advanced Degree in Marketing, Journalism, Creative Writing or similar.
  • Required Skill(s) : Ai, Photoshop, Canva, Microsoft Office, Phone editing software etc
  • Fluent in Mandarin & English

  • Between 25 - 35 yrs old.
  • At least 2 years of working experience in social media field.
  • Pleasant characteristics and friendly.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Interest in creative, social media & digital marketing.
  • Creative writing skills at prompting readers to take action.
  • Expert knowledge of all leading social media sites, including algorithms.
  • Understanding & able to create paid advertisement.
  • Analyzing & reporting.
  • Well organized, detail oriented and strong decision making ability.
  • Work independent and efficient on schedule
  • Has transport and ability to drive.
  • Willing to travel outstation from time to time.
  • Able to standby during weekends and public holiday.
Responsibilities
  • Support for daily basis activity includes video shoot/photo shoot (with phone) and simple editing.
  • Assist in graphic & content creation for social media platforms. (A cross between graphic designer & social media platforms)
  • Manage daily operations, coordinate every work to be on schedule.
  • Monitor and respond to incoming communications including phone calls, emails, messenger, whatsapp etc.
  • Content planning, shooting and editing / uploading content across digital media channels (Eg, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Tiktok, Website etc)
  • Prepare meeting and work proposal
  • Drafting and writing high quality reports
  • Leading and managing the activities of sales and marketing /marketing programmes
  • Determining price lists, discount and delivery terms, sales promotion budgets, sales methods, special incentives and campaigns
  • Establishing and directing operational and administrative procedures related to sales and marketing activities
  • Establishing and managing budgets and controlling expenditure to ensure the efficient use of resources
  • Representing the enterprise or organization at sales and marketing conventions, trade exhibitions and other forums.
  • Manage kid's pick up and send to school (if needed).
  • Support needs of documentation (if needed).
  • Support needs of family matters (if needed).
