Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and Google My Business.
Collaborate with internal teams to create website & landing pages and optimize user experience.
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
Plan, execute and measure experiments and conversion tests.
Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.
Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide perspective for adoption where appropriate.
Requirements and skills
Understanding of digital marketing channels such as search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.
Knowledge of web analytics and data analysis tools such as Google Analytics.
Understanding of marketing automation software and tools.
Knowledge of design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to produce high-quality content for digital channels.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
Ability to use data and analytics to inform marketing decisions and measure success.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with team members and stakeholders.
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement innovative marketing strategies.

Education & Experience
A bachelor\'s degree in marketing, communications, digital media or a related field is usually required for most digital marketing roles.
Relevant certifications in digital marketing, such as Google AdWords, and Google Analytics, can demonstrate a candidate\'s expertise and commitment to the field.
Require 3 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, marketing, or a related field.
