• Have at least 1 year of experience in social media operations.
• Familiar with mainstream social media platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram, WeChat, etc.
• Have excellent communication and coordination skills, able to work with a team.
• Familiar with various social media tools and analysis software.
• Have an in-depth understanding of digital marketing and know how to increase social media interaction rate and brand awareness.
• Have creativity and innovative thinking, able to bring new inspiration and ideas to our social media content.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Fluent written and spoken English and Mandarin.

Tanggungjawab

• Plan and publish various types of social media content, such as posts, stories, short videos, etc.
• Regularly analyze social media data and trends, and formulate corresponding marketing strategies and plans.
• Work with the design and marketing teams to develop a social media advertising plan.
• Coordinate social media promotion activities and follow up their operations.
• Continuously monitor social media platforms to increase fan interaction and brand awareness.
• Make sure social media content fits with brand image and marketing strategy.
• Establish and maintain positive interactions with fans, including replying to comments and private messages.
