We are seeking a Social Media Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for social media and experience managing multiple social media channels/ Responsibilities include developing and implementing social media strategies, creating engaging contents and monitoring analytics to optimise performance.

As a Social Media Specialist, your job scope may include:

1) Developing and implementing social media strategies for various platforms such as Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
2) Creating and curating content that is engaging, informative, and aligned with the brand\'s voice and tone.
3) Managing social media accounts, including scheduling posts, responding to comments, and monitoring user-generated content.
4) Analyzing social media data and using insights to improve the performance of social media campaigns.
5) Collaborating with cross-functional teams such as marketing, design, and customer service to ensure a cohesive social media presence.
6) Staying up-to-date with social media trends, algorithm changes, and new features to inform social media strategies.
7) Developing and executing social media advertising campaigns to reach target audiences.
8) Building relationships with influencers and other partners to expand the brand\'s reach on social media.
9) Monitoring social media metrics to track progress towards goals and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
10) Managing and adhering to social media budgets and ensuring a positive return on investment.

Location: SS23, Petaling Jaya
Salary: RM3,500 + Sales Incentives
