Our client, a digital marketing and advertising company, is seeking a talented Social Media Specialist to work with their performance marketing team to achieve client goals and objectives. As part of the social team, you will be responsible for devising creative ideas and writing in multiple voices for their client\xe2\x80\x99s brands on social media.

Requirements for the Social Media Specialist role include:

• Minimum of 1 year experience in social media, content planning, or a similar role in a digital-first organization
• Strong portfolio or work samples showcasing memorable copywriting on social media
• Flexibility and adaptability to meet changing needs or direction
• Keen eye for detail
• Fluent in English, with advanced platform knowledge in FB/IG, LinkedIn, TikTok & Twitter

Responsibilities of the Social Media Specialist role include:

• Planning and executing content pillars + editorial plans
• Building client\xe2\x80\x99s social media presence
• Collaborating and aligning with client\xe2\x80\x99s Brand and Ops teams to ideate on impactful initiatives
• Developing social media content playbook & guidelines across various touchpoints
• Defining client\xe2\x80\x99s content blueprint across various social media touchpoints
• Monitoring, measuring and optimizing for content effectiveness using various tools
• Overseeing community management and social media administration on all official client\xe2\x80\x99s accounts
• Working with clients to conceptualise award category angles
• Proposing boosted content plans when required
• Conducting competitive review and monitoring, including data-driven reporting
• Performing basic copy-writing for paid content
