We are looking for : Soft Services Lead

Location: Johor Bahru

Soft FM Services:

Manage to outsource Integrated services for Cleaning, Landscaping and fields, Pest Control, Waste Management, Laundry Services, securities, etc

Plan, review, and coordinate Soft services Preventive Maintenance program and periodic works

Plan and coordinate school break maintenance-related works such as facade cleaning, deep cleaning works, etc.

Conduct periodical FM inspections to ascertain building conditions and ensure site teams\xe2\x80\x99 submission of prescribed checklists and reports

Schedule and conduct monthly performance reviews with vendors to establish standards of achievement and areas of improvement

Conduct daily work plan run-throughs with all the vendors to ensure follow-through of the works plan, manpower deployment, and safety briefing

Periodical review, analysis, and reporting of Facilities Help Ticketing System, to be submitted to Campus operations Management

Ensure all chemicals are safe to use and supported with Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDSs)

Ensure issuing work permits to vendors before any works are commenced (ad-hoc request)

Work closely with the canteen operator to ensure the kitchen hygiene and food handling SOPs comply (i.e. Thawing frozen food methods, food safety sampling, pest control methods and etc) with assisted by Facility Coordinator.

Ensure the LPG license are renewed

To be the point of contact and responsible for all operations and security issues in the campus (standing guards, school safety, scheduling and managing security vendor)

Waste Management:

Coordinate, monitor, and management of domestic, food, domestic and recycle waste

Work and support School Eco Club in Recycling initiatives, programs, and events

Contractual review and work on improvements through industry best practices

Secondary Roles:

Liaise with Estate Manager, and client and coordinate laundry services

Plan, coordinate, and support school events, such as graduation preparation works, PTA day, sports day and etc

Liaise with School PTA on any logistical and events support

Work with team on project management work support

Any other projects/duties as assigned by Campus Operations Management and Estate Manager

Degree in equivalent or related field

At least 5-7 years of experience

Well Versed in Cleaning for Boarding School Environment

Landscape, Pest Control, Cleaning & Security experiences are a bonus

Experience in International School/college/university campus environment preferred
