Position: Software Developer (Cloud-Native / Networking) Experience: 3 - 8 Years Joining: Immediate to 30 Days Employment Type: Full Time Role Summary We are looking for a Software Developer with strong expertise in Java and cloud-native application development. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building and operating containerized applications on Kubernetes, along with a good understanding of networking concepts (L2/L3) and observability tools. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications Build and deploy cloud-native, containerized applications Work with Kubernetes for container orchestration and workload management Implement and manage orchestration workflows for scalable services Integrate and monitor applications using Prometheus, Grafana, and Elasticsearch Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure performance, reliability, and scalability Troubleshoot application, container, and networking-related issues Technical Skills & Requirements Strong proficiency in Java development Experience with cloud-native architectures Hands-on knowledge of containers (Docker or equivalent) Practical experience with Kubernetes and orchestration workflows Familiarity with observability and monitoring tools: Prometheus Grafana Elasticsearch Good understanding of Layer 2 / Layer 3 networking concepts Preferred Skills Experience working in microservices-based architectures Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices Strong problem-solving and debugging skills Good communication and documentation abilities
