Job Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and enhance applications using programming languages, frameworks, and databases such as PHP, Laravel, Nuxt.js, Node.js, MySQL, MongoDB, and others. Analyze processes and procedures to recommend effective programming approaches or systems development improvements. Debug and resolve issues related to application software and network failures. Build and maintain internal web-based user interfaces using HTML/VIU, CSS, JavaScript, and related technologies. Test, modify, and enhance applications to meet business and client requirements. Perform coding duties and deliver tasks within specified timelines. Collaborate with developers and project teams to design and implement software solutions. Implement UI/UX requirements and provide input on best practices. Research and troubleshoot technical issues, including product-related problems and change requests. Assist in installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT infrastructure including servers, networks, databases, and operating systems. Monitor system performance, availability, and security to ensure smooth daily operations. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, OS, network, or system-level issues. Support backup, recovery, and system upgrades to minimize downtime. Ensure compliance with IT policies, data protection, and security standards. Provide technical support and assistance to internal users and clients when required. Prepare reports regarding infrastructure incidents, performance, and improvements. Ensure project deliverables meet client requirements, quality standards, and timelines. Identify project requirements, monitor progress, and provide regular updates to clients and superiors. Build and maintain positive working relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction. Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as assigned by the immediate superior.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM6,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
