Job Description

Lead and manage the testing team to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery in accordance with project requirements. Act as the primary liaison with clients, managing communication on project requirements, implementation progress, and issue resolution. Oversee team performance, project resources, delivery schedules, and quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle. Develop and execute comprehensive test cases, report results, and provide clear feedback on test outcomes. Conduct in-depth requirement analysis to identify and define comprehensive testing points. Monitor and analyze testing progress, proactively address issues, and collaborate with developers to resolve technical challenges. Demonstrate expertise in Windows operating systems and testing methodologies for Windows-based desktop client applications.
Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related discipline. Minimum of 5 years of experience in software testing, including at least 2 years in project and team management. Proven ability to independently design test cases, with strong knowledge of functional testing processes; proficiency in using QC or similar testing tools. Advanced English proficiency with demonstrated experience working in international environments and the ability to engage confidently in meetings with overseas stakeholders. Hands-on experience with automated testing will be considered an advantage.

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
