\xc2\xb7 Ensure license compliance within the company \xc2\xb7 Establish and set up a license monitoring procedure \xc2\xb7 Ensuring that the internal IT license audit is performed on a regular basis \xc2\xb7 Creation and provision of IT asset reports and statistics \xc2\xb7 Consulting within the company on how to optimize the license situation and save costs \xc2\xb7 Manage and support of various license and partner portals \xc2\xb7 Contribute to the further development and continuous improvement of IT Asset Management (software and hardware) within the global Digital Business Solutions department in collaboration with various global departments and decentralized business units Competencies and Requirements: \xc2\xb7 Good knowledge of the different licensing models and terms of the Tier 1 vendors such as Microsoft, VMware, Adobe and others \xc2\xb7 Extensive experience with the SAM tool Flexera is a must, experience with the tool ServiceNow is a plus \xc2\xb7 Experience in managing and supporting internal and external audits, including preparation of ELPs, true-ups and other general data analysis and reports \xc2\xb7 Experience in optimizing software licenses, identifying savings, minimizing risks, and complying with regulations \xc2\xb7 Extensive experience working with cloud licenses, technologies and services \xc2\xb7 Team player who works independently, in a structured, reliable and effective manner and has methodical and conceptual strengths \xc2\xb7 Excellent written and spoken English, good communication and presentation skills \xc2\xb7 Desirable: A Master\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Management, Information Technology or any of the fields related to the duties of the position from an accredited university would be an asset \xc2\xb7 Software Asset Manager certification is desirable \xc2\xb7 Knowledge of process automation is a plus \xc2\xb7 Ability to adapt to different surroundings and situations in a multicultural environment \xc2\xb7 Open to occasional international travel 13.5 months salary
