This R&D Engineering position offers the opportunity to work closely with the modular infrastructure development teams to perform test and validation tasks including defining the software qualification strategy, test plans, and test cases for the embedded controller and PXIe/AXIe chassis. The test engineer will develop test code and perform a variety of different tests to ensure product quality and business success in the long run. Besides Modular Infrastructure software qualification, this role also includes modular interoperability testing to ensure all modules can function and interact well under one PXIe/AXIe chassis Specific accountabilities include:

• Understand the customer requirements and product definition.
• Investigate and develop test strategy for modular and IVI driver tests.
• Develop test methodology for the planned tests and ensure they achieve the testing goal.
• Determine test parameters, specify tests to be performed, debug tests and resolve test and implementation issues
• Design and execute manual & automated test cases.
• Work with the R&D team to continuously improve the software test process and testing tools.

Job Qualifications

• You should possess a Bachelor / Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Computer Engineering / EE / Comp Sc with good communication skills.
• At least 8-10 years of experience in software testing and able to call out the type of test needed based on the requirements.
• Experience in automation testing and ability to write automated tests.
• Experience working on multi-site projects.
• Programming knowledge in C# / C++
• Have a good command of English.
