About the Client

Key Responsibilities:

Execute manual and automated test cases for web and mobile applications. Work with developers and product managers to define clear acceptance criteria and test requirements. Report bugs and track them through resolution using issue tracking tools. Document test results and provide feedback to the team on quality issues and improvements. Contribute to test plan creation, maintenance, and execution in collaboration with the QA Lead. Participate in sprint planning and QA discussions to ensure test coverage across features. Support regression testing during release cycles to ensure product stability. Maintain and improve automated testing scripts and frameworks.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. 2-4 years of experience in QA / software testing, with both manual and automation test responsibilities. Proficiency in English & Mandarin is a MUST. Familiarity with manual testing techniques and QA documentation practices. Basic understanding of SDLC and agile methodologies. Experience using issue tracking tools like JIRA or equivalent. Experience testing web applications (desktop + mobile); preferably some exposure to cross platform / responsive design. Strong understanding of software testing fundamentals: functional testing, regression, integration, system, usability. Ability to derive test cases from requirements / user stories. Good at identifying edge cases, negative testing, exploratory testing. Experience with REST APIs and API testing practices(e.g Postman, or other Backend testing tools). Basic knowledge of SQL for data validation. Hands on experience writing automated tests using at least one tool / framework (e.g. Selenium, Cypress, Playwright). Comfortable working with Mandarin documentation or test data.
