We are looking for an experienced software manager to ensure seamless information provision & management founded on digitalization within the Industrial Applications Sales organization.

• You help us predict future risks while working in an agile and innovative environment.
• Be a change agent: Participate in forward-looking projects that provide assurance on critical business matters.
• Perform (data) analyses by using SQL scripts
• Perform the data analysis in coordination with the Product Owner and use analytical skills to identify root causes of findings and associated impact to the business.
• Take full ownership and responsibility of assigned audit tasks by understanding risk, cause and effect of observations.
• Conclude and document audit observations, participate in closing meetings with management and derive mitigating actions.
• Take product ownership for tools inside our Sales organization and align requirements with involved stakeholders and management
• Lead business improvement projects following agile principles, e.g. SCRUM
• Lead other (external) developers to ensure high quality solutions by driving development processes, tools, and methodologies
• Support, mentor and provide technical leadership and direction to team members, especially junior team members

What You Bring

• Bachelor\'s degree in IT related studies
• At least 5 years\' hands-on experience in software development projects
• In-depth knowledge of .NET C#, ASP.NET MVC, JavaScript, HTML5, MS SQL Server
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
• Analytical mind and able to identify and process different ideas and opinions independently and summarize them for possible solutions to stakeholders
• Strong drive with motivation skills to accomplish tasks with high quality and on time
• Open mindset and out of the box thinking
• Pro-active and hands-on character with service provider mentality and economical thinking
• Experience in Sales as well as in applying SCRUM is a plus

• Gaining insights in Siemens Energy-wide business
• Intense cross-divisional / corporate function networking including interaction with senior management
