At least a Diploma in Information Technology, Business administration, Accounting or equivalents.
Able to write and speak in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin.
Basic computer knowledge is a must.
Able to use Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint & Word.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, training will be provided
Call centre or helpdesk experience will be an added advantage.
Possess own transport and willing to travel will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls/emails from customers.
Provide excellent service and help to solve problems faced by customers.
Record the call logs and compile frequently asked questions.
To build, update and maintain training materials, assignments, and question papers.
To administer matters related to training, evaluation, examination and certification.
To conduct training on the courses for learners as well as tutors.
