Job Description


  • At least a Diploma in Information Technology, Business administration, Accounting or equivalents.
  • Able to write and speak in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin.
  • Basic computer knowledge is a must.
  • Able to use Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint & Word.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, training will be provided
  • Call centre or helpdesk experience will be an added advantage.
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel will be an added advantage.
  • Applicants should be MALAYSIAN citizens.
Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound calls/emails from customers.
  • Provide excellent service and help to solve problems faced by customers.
  • Record the call logs and compile frequently asked questions.
  • To build, update and maintain training materials, assignments, and question papers.
  • To administer matters related to training, evaluation, examination and certification.
  • To conduct training on the courses for learners as well as tutors.
