About the job Solar PV Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets and objectives within the designated territory.

2. Identify and engage with potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, and digital marketing platforms.

3. Conduct comprehensive consultations with clients to assess their energy needs and provide suitable Solar PV solutions tailored to their specific requirements.

4. Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals to prospective clients, highlighting the key benefits and cost-saving advantages of our Solar PV systems.

5. Collaborate with the technical team to ensure accurate and timely project quotations and proposals, addressing client inquiries and concerns effectively.

6. Maintain a strong understanding of the latest industry trends, market developments, and competitors\' activities to remain competitive and adaptable in the field.

7. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing excellent customer service and addressing any post-sales inquiries or issues promptly and professionally.

8. Effectively negotiate and close sales agreements with clients, ensuring all necessary documentation and contracts are accurately completed and processed in accordance with company policies and procedures.

9. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials, marketing campaigns, and lead generation strategies to enhance the company\'s visibility and market presence.

10. Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline development, and achievements to the Sales Manager, contributing to the overall sales performance evaluation and improvement initiatives.

Qualifications and Skills:

1. Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

2. Proven track record of at least 2-3 years of successful sales experience, preferably in the solar energy or related industry.

3. Strong understanding of Solar PV systems, renewable energy technologies, and their applications in different sectors.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.

5. Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced sales environment.

6. Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant sales and marketing tools.

7. A self-motivated and ambitious individual with a passion for sustainable energy solutions and a strong commitment to achieving sales targets and contributing to the company\'s growth.

8. Fluency in English and proficiency in local languages is highly preferred.
